Delivery & Fulfilment Policy
1. What is being delivered
idlidu.dev sells prepaid credit for an OpenAI-compatible inference gateway. It is delivered electronically, to the account that paid, over the internet. There is no physical shipment: no courier, no tracking number, no delivery address, no shipping or handling charge, and no customs or import step. Nothing will ever arrive at your door, and we never ask for a postal address in order to deliver.
The Id coding agent itself is a free download — see Install — and is delivered the moment you run the install command. It is the credit that Id spends which is sold here.
2. How delivery happens
Delivery is credit landing on your balance. The sequence is automatic:
- You sign in at app.idlidu.dev and choose a pack on the billing page.
- You are redirected to PayU’s hosted payment page and pay there. Card and UPI details are entered on PayU’s page, never on ours — we do not see or store them.
- PayU confirms the result to our payment service, which verifies the response signature and re-confirms the transaction with PayU directly before honouring it. A confirmation that fails either check is not honoured.
- The credit — pack face value less the platform fee shown to you at checkout — is written to your balance, and you are returned to the dashboard with the new balance displayed.
Each transaction is recorded once and only once. There is no packing, no manual review and no dispatch step between payment and access, and no human has to approve anything for credit to arrive.
3. When it arrives
In normal operation the balance is updated within seconds of PayU confirming the payment, and your existing API keys start working against the new balance immediately — you do not need to mint a new key, restart Id, or wait for a sync. You can see the balance and its expiry date at app.idlidu.dev/billing and query it from the API at any time.
If a confirmation is delayed on PayU’s side, the server-to-server webhook delivers it when it arrives and the credit lands then. If the payment is not confirmed as successful, no credit is added and no money is due — see Refund & Cancellation §7.
4. What has to be true on your side
Because delivery lands on an account rather than an address, two things must be true before it can complete: you must be signed in to the account you want the credit on when you start checkout, and the email you use at PayU should be one you can read, because that is where the payment receipt goes. If you paid while signed out, or against the wrong account, email us — section 7 — rather than paying a second time.
Mint or rotate API keys at app.idlidu.dev/keys. Keys are shown once, at creation; we store only a hash and cannot re-display a key you have lost. That is a security property, not a delivery failure — make a new key.
5. Currency
Packs are listed in US dollars. Through PayU, payment is collected in Indian rupees at a live USD→INR rate applied at checkout — the exact rupee figure is shown on the payment page before you confirm. What you are charged is what that page shows. The credit ledger itself is denominated in US dollars. Pack faces and the platform fee (8% of USD face) are published on Pricing.
6. How long what you bought lasts
Credit is consumed by usage, not by time, until it expires: 12 months after your most recent top-up, with every new top-up carrying the whole balance forward. There is no subscription period to run out, no auto-renewal, and no postpaid exposure — when the balance is gone, requests stop. The full terms are in the Credit & Prepaid Terms; money-back terms are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. If the credit does not appear
If money left your account and the balance did not go up, email [email protected] with the PayU transaction reference from your receipt, the amount, and the account email. A completed payment that did not deliver is a failure on our side, and it is either credited or refunded in full under the Refund & Cancellation Policy. This is founder mail — a person replies, in days rather than minutes. To escalate formally, the Grievance Officer page gives the statutory route and its timelines.
8. Availability
Self-serve checkout is rolling out. If the billing page tells you top-ups are restricted on your account, that is the rollout and not a fault: email [email protected] and a top-up will be arranged. The delivery mechanics described above are the ones that apply whenever a payment is taken, and they are what we hold ourselves to.

That is a registered office, not a walk-in counter or a warehouse. Nothing is dispatched from it, and nothing needs to be sent to it.
